My experience with Bryant Security Corporation has been amazing. I say this because from the moment I came on board the level of support from executives to local management has been almost unreal. It’s rare to find a big agency employer that isn’t stuck on titles and dismissals when it comes to their staff’s needs and well-being.

Our concierge property management team places the security of its residents as a paramount goal. We have learned, over the last 25 years that in the delivery of the best security service to our residents, three components are essential. Communication, transparency, and most important, the integrity of our security team. While the first two components are captured in best management practices, the last factor is solely controlled by which security vendor you choose. It is this last factor that could be the most important decision your community will ever make because you are resting the trust of your residents on a third party; perhaps a company you’ve never known or that which you have come to rely upon based on other community recommendations. In nearly thirty years, I have never issued a public recommendation for a security vendor. Truth is, until I met Rene Zerquera and Shay Ben-David, we had cycled through every large security outfit you could imagine. What we determined in the eyes of each, we were simply a large fish to land. Once landed, we never saw the Business Development contact again. We never met with anyone of authority within the company and onsite personnel changes occurred as frequently as the sunrise. I’m not knocking other vendors. It’s the way they are programmed to do business. I just didn’t realize the disparity until we met the Bryant Team. We met Bryant because a group of erstwhile and intelligent residents decided to form a security committee. They vetted alternatives to the other larger security companies using an RFP system along with vigorous interviews. Out of all the companies they recommended Bryant. Now, five years later, I can clearly say that their recommendation to bring on Bryant is validated day in and out. Rene and his Team treat our residents like family. No one can plan for a security breach to occur. But when it does, it usually falls between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. or on Saturday at 6 a.m. Bottom line, there never has been a time when I couldn’t reach out to Rene to discuss a concern or to review a security matter. Often times, Rene will appear at the gatehouse to check up on his team. I’ve never seen a VP for a larger security company do that. I am fond of saying to our own Team that we can do 99.9% of our job perfectly but that it’s the .01% when we fall down that we will be remembered for. Rene and the Bryant Team live that adage every single day of the week. They understand that in the security arena, you can do 99.9% of everything correctly and that 99.99% of the time you receive a return on that investment. However, it’s in that .01% time window when a security breach occurs, that we will be judged for how we performed. If and when that .01% window does occur, we all sleep a little better at night knowing Bryant is on guard over the Hawks Landing community. I know that if you choose to hire Bryant for your own security requirements, you will have that same sense of assurance.
