Shay Ben-David
Chairman & CEO
Shay Ben-David (“Shay”) joined Bryant Security in 1992.
With a strong military background with the Israeli Defense Force, Shay has built a deep expertise in security planning and execution, which continues to shape the services provided to Bryant Security’s clients.
As Chairman & CEO, Shay upholds the highest standards of professionalism and service, working closely with his executive and management teams.
Shay sits on the Board of The Broward Sheriff’s foundation is a nonprofit which promotes public safety and enhances quality of life by supporting the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) through private donations. It focuses on four key pillars: funding anti-terrorism initiatives, aiding families of fallen heroes, supporting specialized training, and promoting community crime prevention/civic education programs.
Shay remains actively engaged with staff at all levels, ensuring that both new and long-standing clients receive exceptional service and personal attention.
René Zerquera
President
René Zerquera began his career in security in 1981 while serving in the U.S. Army.
After completing his military service, he transitioned into private security, working as a corporate investigator for the Pittston Group and later leading the Strike Force squad for Pittston’s Brinks Armored Car division. In 1989, he was appointed Branch Manager in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 1991, René had earned both his Security Instructor License “DI” and Private Investigator License “C.”
Driven by a deep passion for security, René is among the few civilians in the nation qualified as a Terrorism Liaison Officer with the Joint Terrorism Task Force, a component of the Southeast Florida Fusion Center.
As President, René oversees all domestic operations, dedicating himself to ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. He believes that exceptional service is achieved through proper selection, training, development, and supervision of security officers, and he remains committed to upholding these standards across all aspects of the organization
Samuel Amador

Samuel Amador
Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, has completed his CAM licensure course, is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, is a Jiujitsu practitioner, and has successfully completed various US military courses such as Master Leadership, Advance Leadership, Advanced Situational Awareness, Antiterrorism, and Physical Security.
Sam joined the Marine Corps in 2002 as a Recapture Tactics Team member. Sam has served in four combat deployments: two in Iraq, one in the Horn of Africa, and one in Ukraine. Sam has traveled to over 19 countries, advising, training, and liaising with military forces from more than 30 nations. His experience includes assessing and developing tactical capabilities and supporting complex operational planning across diverse international environments.
Sam currently is a First Sergeant of a Combat Advisory Team in the Army National Guard.
Sam is a certified terrorism liaison officer with the State Joint Terrorism Task Force and a member of the Southeast Florida Fusion Center. Sam also holds several firearm instructor credentials. Sam overseeing daily activities, managing staff, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
